Initial Consultation

Embarking on a journey toward better health starts with understanding your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

The Initial Consultation:

  • Comprehensive assessment: We’ll dive into your lifestyle, diet, medical history, and any symptoms or concerns you may have.

  • Identify health recommendations : You will leave with one to two health goals to get you started on your wellness journey right away to focus on nourishing whole foods, mindful eating, and lasting habits.

  • Development of Personalized Health Plan: Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you—taking the information discussed in this consultation I begin to create a personal health plan to help meet your goals. Your personalized health plan will offer nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. As a bonus, I include the 30 minute follow up session to present your health plan and answer any questions

  • 7 Day Meal Plan : To set you up for success, I include a 7 day meal plan which gives you breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks menu, shopping list and recipes to start you off on the right foot. (Note: a recipe bundle can be provided instead of meal plan if that aligns better with what is best for you.)

Follow-up Consultation

This is designed for clients that have already completed an initial consultation.

The Follow Up Consultation:

  • Review Progress: We will discuss your current progress to assess the effectiveness of the current plan, identify any challenges and answer any questions.

  • Reassess Health Goals and Update Health Plan: Together, we’ll review your health goals and adjust the personalized nutrition plan as needed to ensure continued success and optimal health outcomes.

  • Coaching Support: You will receive ongoing coaching support to reinforce health habits, offer motivation and help guide you through any challenges to help you stay on track with your nutrition and wellness goals

7 Day Meal Plan

Save time with a pre-planned, easy-to-follow menu. Enjoy delicious, nourishing food with recipes that are simple, flavorful, and made with whole ingredients. .

What’s Included:

  • 7 Days of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner: Simple yet delicious recipes that can be customized to your dietary needs and preferences (eg., vegan, gluten-free).

  • Snack Suggestions: Keep your energy levels steady throughout the day with wholesome, satisfying snacks.

  • Shopping List: A ready-to-go grocery list with all the ingredients you’ll need for the week, making it easier than ever to stock up and get started.

Note: All sessions will be held virtually. Please ensure you have your initial consultation paperwork completed and submitted 48 hours prior to your appointment. If your paperwork is not received prior to 48 hours, your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date to allow me time to review your questionnaire and begin to develop your wellness plan.
